Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 October 2026 · Seller: Alexis Hernández, Spain · Contact: ifritalexis@gmail.com

1. Product

EU Company Verifier is a Chrome extension that looks up company data from official European public registers (Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands) and checks EU VAT numbers via VIES. The extension is provided as a software-as-a-service product through the Chrome Web Store (when published) and a backend API operated by the seller.

2. Plans and pricing

Netherlands (KVK) lookups require you to supply your own KVK API key. That key remains on your device; the seller does not sell KVK access.

3. Account and payment

Pro subscriptions are managed by ExtensionPay and paid through Stripe. By upgrading you agree to their terms in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping payment details accurate. Prices include applicable VAT where required by law and as shown at checkout.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the extension’s payment / ExtensionPay flow (or the link provided in your ExtensionPay emails). Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. After that you revert to the Free plan.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed through Stripe / ExtensionPay to the original payment method and may take several business days.

6. Acceptable use

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. Official registers and VIES can be unavailable or outdated. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the seller is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made solely on the basis of lookup results. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU law.

8. Intellectual property

The extension, branding and documentation are owned by Alexis Hernández. Official register data remains subject to the terms of those public sources.

9. Privacy

Personal and usage data are processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance, except where consent is required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence in the EU/EEA.
